I have been given information that Robert Williams was living in Commercial Street, Nelson. I also have a newspaper article that shows Thomas Peek received a letter from Private Robert Williams, stating that Williams was a prisoner of war in Munster, Germany. There are items in the news galleries relating to, and confirming the prisoner of war status.
